bmc – custom designed cabinetry – The face behind it all is Bjoern May – German cabinet maker with more than 18 years of experience in cabinetry. Bjoern’s passion to this industry started early with his grandfather being a cabinet maker and also his father spending every free minute creating custom made furniture.
Bjoern started with a traditional 3 year apprenticeship in Germany and since then works as a cabinet maker. Over the years he has developed further skills in design and special attention to detail. His expertise is in extensive knowledge of different timbers, material and hardware from around the world.
Bjoern has collected his work experience as a cabinet maker in Germany, Luxembourg, all over Europe and New Zealand. He was able to accumulate a great sense for different designs from traditional to contemporary – creating a very unique style.
